  1. What is Hydro Fracturing?
Hydro Fracturing or Hydro Fracking as some call it is the process by which devices called “Packers” are inserted into your well and then inflated to withstand very high pressure. Once the Packers are inflated then water is pumped into the well under very high pressure. This pressurized water will clear existing fissures in the well or open new ones.

  2. Is there any risk to my well?
Unlike Dry Ice and Explosive solutions there is absolutely no risk to your existing well when Hydro Fracturing is done by a licensed professional. Ontario Water Well Fracturing have been licensed by the Ministry of the Environment since 1992.

  3. Can you hydro fracture any well?
We can hydro fracture any drilled well. We have successfully fractured thousands of wells ranging from individual homeowner wells to large commercial, municipal and irrigation wells.

  4. Can Hydro Fracturing solve poor water problems?
In short yes. We have had tremendous success because of our “Double Packer System” with bringing quality water to wells that were previously thought “unusable”.

  5. My 50 year old well has gone dry, don’t I have to drill a new one?
Not necessarily call Ontario Water Well before you call your well driller. Our over 99% success rate includes restoring existing wells to their former glory. In fact often after fracturing a well will perform better than it did before it went dry.
